You MUST bring the following with you:

• Copy of your 2019-2020 school grade card to show proof of age (with the exception of those players going into Kindergarten)
• A physical form filled out by your family physician (must be dated after February 1, 2020 to be valid for the 2020 tackle season) (TACKLE ONLY)
• An equipment deposit check for $150 – Tackle or $75 – Flag
• If you are playing Tackle football for the first time with PCYFL (new to the league, or an incoming 3^rd grader) we will need a COPY of your birth certificate

You will want to bring your player to equipment check-out so they can be fitted with proper equipment.

Equipment that will be handed out:

Tackle: A helmet, practice pants, game pants, practice jersey, game jersey, socks, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be provided for all Tackle players.  All items with the exception of the socks, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be returned at the end of the season.  If you fail to do so, your deposit check will be cashed.

Flag:  A helmet, game pants, game jersey (provided by coach after practices have begun), mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be provided for all Flag players.  All items with the exception of the socks, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be returned at the end of the season.  If you fail to do so, your deposit check will be cashed.
