Physical Requirements
A completed physical form signed by a licensed physician is required before your player may begin practices.
Who Needs a Physical?
- New players (first time with PCYFL or incoming 3rd graders):
- A physical form is required
- Must be dated after February 1, 2025 to be valid for the 2026 tackle season
- Returning players (from the 2025 season):
- Physicals are valid for two years
- If you submitted a physical in 2025, you may continue to use it for the 2026 season
- Verbal confirmation will be required at equipment check-out to confirm you are using last year’s physical
