First of all, thank you very much for supporting PCYFL. As you know, it is a volunteer organization and it takes all of the players, coaches and parents to make our football program successful. As we near the end of the 2016 season, it is already time to start thinking about the 2017 season. PCYFL will be holding their elections for the 2017 Board during equipment turn in on November 1stand 3rd. Currently, there are at least 6 open board positions that need to be filled for next year. Some of the positions available include Fundraising, Merchandise, and Marketing. There may be a couple other positions as well. If you are interested in joining or have questions regarding the PCYFL Board, please reach out to myself or any of the other current Board members. If you do wish to join the PCYFL Board, please submit your name, contact information and position that you would like to hold via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit the information by October 29th.
Exciting times are ahead with the new football complex at Platte Ridge Park and we really need the continued support of the PCYFL parents. Thanks again for another successful PCYFL football season.

For this year’s PCYFL Trash Bag Fundraiser, PCYFL will be awarding three $50 Dick’s gift certificates to the three players that sell the most trash bags. Please encourage your son to continue selling as many trash bags as possible. All forms must be completed and turned in by August 31st. Thank you for your support of PCYFL!!

The PCYFL online store is now open! Order your merchandise before the deadline (August 14th) to ensure you get the items and sizes you want!
All merchandise will be distributed thru Team Mom’s.
Location – Grass strip on 92 highway in front of the middle school (3rd/4th on the south end next to Dr. Billings office, 5th/6th grade in the middle and 7th grade will be on the North end closest to the high school)
Time – 6:30pm to 8:30pm (it will start a little late due to weigh in’s the first night, see previous post)
We will have two teams in the 5th and 6th division and two teams in the 3rd and 4th division. We will have an A team and a B team in each division. All of the players will be evaluated next week to determine which team that they will be on this year. If the weather is nice, we may be able to complete the placement camp sooner. Once your son is assigned to a team, the head coach will reach out to you to let you know when practices are going forward and they will also hold a parents meeting to discuss various topics.
Helmets and shoulder pads on Monday. Full pads the rest of the week. No physical contact without doctor’s physical.
