We are looking for sponsors for our Anchors Away 5k run / walk that is coming up in mid July. Here is the breakdown and deadline info for sponsors:

$100.00 – $499.00
Company name listed on Race Day poster, Company name listed on participant information packet and Sponsor Company item inside of the Participant Packet. A Sponsor Company item can be as simple as a business card, a coupon or a piece of paper with company information. We can also accept smaller items to place in the participant packet (pens, toothbrushes, small marketing materials). We ask that all sponsor items be small so we will have enough room for all the items we place into the participant info packet. Only one Sponsor Company item, per company. Sponsor Company items must be provided by the Sponsor Company no later than Thursday, July 9th.

$500 and up
All of the information above, plus the Sponsor Company logo on the back of the T-shirt. The Sponsor Company must supply a single color (black) digital logo to the Sponsorship committee, no later than Monday, July 6th. The Sponsor Company logo should be a PDF or EPS file. If they don’t have that, we need the largest jpg they have. The logos will all be one color and pretty small, so any fine print will probably not print well. We only have enough shirt space for 25 Sponsor Company Logos and I think that a few of those may have already been spoken for.

Early Registration Price: $35.00 for individual or $120.00 for a group of four individuals

Deadline for early registration is June 30th @ 11:59 p.m.

Registration July 1st thru July 18th is $40.00 per individual (no group packages available or guarantee of T-shirt). Race Day registration is $45.00 per individual (no group packages available or guarantee of T-shirt). Registration includes entry into raffle for sporting event tickets and various sporting memorabilia. Prizes for top finishers and age group awards.
