Please bring the following:
Tackle –

• $150/equipment deposit
• Copy of your birth certificate. It needs to be the state issued certificate, not the actual birth certificate from the hospital. Even if you have played PCYFL football before, we will need a new copy.
• Copy of your 2018-2019 grade card to show proof of grade for the 2019 season.
• Completed Physical by your family doctor or pediatrician. If we do not have a physical on file, your player can not practice or play games. Physicals must be valid until November 1, 2019.

Flag –

• $75/equipment deposit
