In order to begin practices, a physical form filled out by your family physician is required.
If you are playing with PCYFL for the first time (new to the league or a 3rd grader) you must turn in a physical. (must be dated after February 1, 2022 to be valid for the 2022 tackle season).
If you are a returning player from the 2021 season and turned in a physical last year, your 2021 physical is good for 2 years. PCYFL will need verbal confirmation at equipment checkout that you will be utilizing last years physical.
