2025 PCYFL Football Season Registration

(For Both Tackle and Flag)

🔶 TACKLE PROGRAM (Grades 3–6)

  • Cost: $325 per participant
  • Registration Required With:
    • PCYFL (primary)
    • KCFC (secondary – use coupon codes below)

⚠️ Tackle Registration Notes:

  • You will only make payments to PCYFL.
  • To register through KCFC:
    • Visit the KCFC website, scroll to the bottom, and click “Register Now” for Fall Tackle 3rd–6th Grade.
    • When prompted, select “NO” for equipment rental. PCYFL will provide all necessary equipment.
  • IMPORTANT:
    • At KCFC checkout, you’ll need a PCYFL coupon code.
      • Please email pcyflpirates@gmail.com to request this code. Unfortunately, we’ve had some misuse in the past, so we now distribute codes directly.
  • Email us at pcyflpirates@gmail.com for additional support or questions.

🛠️ Equipment Checkout (July during the first week of practice):

PCYFL provides:


  • Helmet, chinstrap, practice jersey & pants, game jersey & pants, and socks

    (All except socks must be returned at season’s end or deposit will be cashed)

  • Mouthpieces not provided

Bring the following to equipment check-out or upload documents when registering:

  • 2024–2025 school grade card (required for new players/incoming 3rd graders)
  • Physical form dated after Feb. 1, 2024
  • Equipment deposit check: $150
  • Birth certificate (for new players or incoming 3rd graders)
  • Player for equipment fitting

🟢 FLAG PROGRAM (Kindergarten–2nd Grade)

  • Cost: $150 per participant
  • Register with: PCYFL only

  • Helmet, chinstrap, pants, and jersey (at a later date)

    (All items must be returned at season’s end or deposit will be cashed)

  • Mouthpieces not provided

Bring the following to equipment check-out or upload documents when registering:

  • Birth certificate (required for all Flag players)
  • 2024–2025 grade card (not required for incoming Kindergarteners)
  • Equipment deposit check: $75
  • Player for equipment fitting

💰 FUNDRAISER – Trash Bag Sales

All players (Tackle & Flag) must participate in the annual fundraiser. A buy-out option will be available – details to be shared by your coach or team parent. We will not be doing a trivia night/mouse race this year.

🏅 What Do Club Fees Cover?

League registration, Equipment maintenance, Field rentals, Flag referees, Homecoming budget, Program yard signs, and End-of-season party budget.
